                         In accordance with Postmaster-General, Southern Region,  Madurai-625 002

Letter No.Tech/69-27/WCTC/2011-12/PT dated at Madurai 02 the 19.08.2013, the under mentioned Postman officials are directed to undergo a two days training on data entry in Departmental software  at  WCTC Palayankottai HO  from 12.09.2013 to 13.09.2013.

The period of training will be treated as on duty for  all purpose and they will be entitled to draw TA/DA as admissible under relevant rules.

           

The training programme should scrupulously be adhered  to and under no circumstances the official should decline.

Under Rule 410 of Financial Hand Book I an advance of TA of Rs.100/- (Rupees One  hundred only) is paid to the official on application under serial number 6,7 and 8.
