            In case, if it is found subsequently that any of the selected candidate(s) was not eligible to take the examination under the existing rules / instructions on the subject or for any reasons or in case any mistake is found with regard to announcement of results of

any candidate for any reason whatsoever his / her name will be deleted from the list of
successful candidates, as the case may be.  This result is also subject to any change in merit list of successful candidates due to any reason in accordance with the existing rules and instructions on the subject.

The appointment of the candidates is subject to verification of the proof of date of birth / DCCS in the GDS cadre / Educational qualification / Community by the Sub Appointing Authorities / Unit heads to which they allotted.  If any discrepancy is noticed subsequently, the selection is liable to be cancelled.  

            The actual appointment of the candidates as Postman depends upon his / her successful completion of training and is also subject to the conditions that there is no disciplinary / vigilance case pending or contemplation against them.

            The selected candidate will have to undergo the prescribed training when arranged and failure to undergo the training will be construed as unwillingness for promotion and the name of the candidate will be removed from the selection list.

            The selected Gramin Dak Sevaks will have to produce a health certificate from a Civil Surgeon before appointment.

                 In accordance with Postmaster-General, Southern Region,  Madurai-625002 Letter No. REP/17-75/MCDP/12/MA dated at Madurai 02 the 01.04.2013, the under mentioned MACP II officials are directed to  attend Mid Career Development Programme  at  PTC, Madurai  from 20.05.2013 to 01.06.2013

The period of training will be treated as on duty for  all purpose and they will be entitled to draw TA/DA as admissible under relevant rules.
               
The training programme should scrupulously be adhered  to and under no circumstances the official should decline.

Under Rule 410 of Financial Hand Book I an advance of TA of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) is paid to the official on application. 

A copy of Code of conduct and general instructions issued by PTC, Madurai for trainees is enclosed for information and strict adherence.

A copy of this memo is issued to:
1.        Officials.  The official to pay a fee of Rs.3770/- (Rupees Three thousand seven hundred  
           And seventy only ) at the nearby Post office under Biller id No.2910 towards MACP II trg                                                                                                                                                                                   
           For PA/SAs.  The original receipt issued by the PO for having Credited the fee may be
            Produced on the day of registeration at PTC, Madurai.
