                         In accordance with Postmaster-General, Southern Region,  Madurai-625 002 Letter No. Tech/69-27/WCTC/2011-12 dated at Madurai 02 the 08.05.2013, the under mentioned officials are directed to  attend training on Counter operations (SB), Counter operations (Postal), Delivery operations & e-enabled Services  at WCTC, Palayankottai HO (I floor) from 17.05.2013 to 29.05.2013

The period of training will be treated as on duty for  all purpose and they will be entitled to draw TA/DA as admissible under relevant rules.

Under Rule 410 of Financial Hand Book I an advance of TA of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two hundred and fifty only) is paid to the officials under serial number 3,5,6,7 and 8 on application

The training programme should scrupulously be adhered  to and under no circumstances the official should decline.

The officials deputed for training should report at WPCTC, Palayankottai H.O  at 0930hrs.

    2.      The Postmaster  Tirunelveli/Ambasamudram/Palayankottai  H.O for information and

             Necessary action.  The Postmaster Ambasamudram HO to depute one PA to

             Munnirpallam to relieve the official in time.

    3.      The Sub Postmaster concerned for information and necessary action.

    4.      The SPM, Radhapuram to depute one PA to Tirukurungudi to relieve the official in time.

    5.      The Postmaster-General, Southern Region, Madurai-625 002 for  information.
